Gumstix

On top of our PCB we have a Gumstix plugged on a Tobi expansion board. The Tobi is connected to our PCB thanks to a 40 pins header, used for communication (UART) and to handle the reset of the STM32. Here are some specs:

Gumstix Overo FE COM:

  • OMAP 3530 (ARM Cortex-A8 CPU), 600MHz
  • 256MB RAM
  • Wi-Fi
  • micro SD card slot

A video camera (Caspa FS) is also on the Gumstix, able to take pictures of the ground.

We installed Ubuntu on it.
